Golden Ball Qigong

Golden Ball Qigong is a Chinese health practice that uses all eight actions of energy movement within the body to balance your whole system. It is very peaceful and easy to practice sitting or standing.
You will learn:
- eight actions of Qi
- proper structure
- natural breathing
- how to coordinate your breath with your movements
- what the three main energy centers of the body are
- how to tend to your “personal bubble”
- important role of facia
- how to use Golden Ball to solve everyday problems
This class covers everything in the level 1 class so it’s not necessary to have taken level 1 first.

In this class you will learn the foundational principles of Qigong (chee-gong) and how to apply them to movement. We will explore a variety of movement types depending on experience and interest. For those who practice qigong already there will be plenty of opportunity to deepen your practice for added benefit. Learn proper structure, natural breathing and experience deep relaxation. Qigong can be done sitting or standing.

Moving Words – Inner Light Crystals

Moving Words – This Class weaves together Qigong, Meditation and Writing
Move: Practice Qigong moves specifically chosen to help facilitate the creative process and alleviate chronic issues.
Meditate: Using Zen Koans and other mind focusing phrases and images, we listen to the creative voice within.
Write: Putting pen to paper, we’ll attempt to capture what is revealing itself.
Share: Encouraged but not required, sharing what we create and getting positive feedback, encourages further creative blossoming.
