Golden Ball Qigong is a Chinese health practice that uses the eight actions of energy movement within the body to build qi and bring balance to your body, mind and spirit.

Day one, you will learn how these eight actions move within the body, as well as the foundational principles of qigong practice; proper structure, coordinated, natural breathing, a focused intention and visualization.

Truly, a moving meditation, Golden Ball Qigong’s simple, repetitive movements, and powerful imagery, can be practiced almost anywhere. This routine can be done sitting or standing.

Day two, goes deeper into the exploration of moving energy and energetic awareness. You will learn about the three main energy centers of the body within Chinese medicine and how they relate to your “personal bubble”. We will explore the important role of fascia within our movements, and how to use this practice to solve everyday problems in a holistic way, energitically aligned way.
