Inner Radiance Qigong is a set of eight movements that incorporate the medical, martial, and spiritual elements of Qigong and is designed to balance and harmonize your whole system. The gentle circular patterns effectively release tension from the spine, joints, and nervous system. It can be done sitting or standing and adjusted for those with injuries.

Qi (energy) + Gong (cultivation practice) = A more relaxed, tuned in body and mind which opens up your spirit and strengthens your virtues.

During this hour, depending on who shows up, I will provide a movement routine and a short meditation session as well as time to connect and possibly share some tea Gong Fu style.

The summer weather is beautiful and even though my studio is small my yard is big with shade trees, birds and blue sky.

All levels welcome. All movements can be adjusted for injuries. Mats and chairs provided.

It doesn’t take long to feel the difference between a day started with intention and one where you rush into activity.

Using the three main principles of qigong, correct posture, coordinated breath and intentional movement, we set ourselves up to bring about positive change in our lives.

No experience necessary! Qigong can be done sitting or standing and adjusted for those with injuries.
