Qigong, Meditation and Writing
- Move: Learn a Qigong routine specifically designed to support your body’s creative stamina and intuitive connections.
- Meditate: Using a Zen Koan to focus the mind, we listen for the creative voice within.
- Write: Put pen to paper and attempt to capture what the voice is saying.
- Share: Encouraged but not required. Sharing what we create and getting positive feedback, encourages further creative blossoming.
Bring your favorite journal and your yoga mat if you have one. Writing supplies will be available.
$40 per person
