This Class weaves together Qigong, Meditation and Writing
Move: Practice Qigong moves specifically chosen to help facilitate the creative process and alleviate chronic issues.
Meditate: Using Zen Koans and other mind focusing phrases and images we listen to the creative voice within.
Write: Putting pen to paper, we’ll attempt to capture what is revealing itself.
Share: Encouraged but not required, sharing what we create and getting positive feedback, encourages further creative blossoming. We’ll be using the Amherst Writers and Artists method, whose philosophy is simply: “Every person is a writer, and every writer deserves a safe environment in which to experiment.”
Cost: $20 per person.
